Things people often ask before bringing a piece in.

Do I need to book an appointment, or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome during workshop hours. For corporate orders or pieces that require a longer initial discussion, scheduling a time in advance helps us give you proper attention without interruption.
How long does vintage restoration typically take?
It depends on the condition of the piece and the scope of work agreed. After assessment, we give you a clear timeline. Most restoration projects are completed within two to four weeks, though some complex cases take longer. We will always tell you in advance.
Will case polishing remove the original finish or change the shape?
Our case polishing work focuses on light surface scratches and matches the original finish style — brushed or polished — without altering the case geometry. We do not aggressively refinish cases in ways that round off original edges or remove factory chamfers.
Can you handle corporate gift orders for multiple watches at once?
Yes. Our corporate gifting preparation service is built for exactly this. We coordinate engraving, set up presentation packaging and run pre-delivery checks across a batch. We work directly with HR and procurement contacts and keep records of each piece for your reference.
What are your pricing terms — do you charge upfront?
Quoted prices are the starting point for each service. Payment arrangements are discussed at the time of assessment. For corporate orders, we can accommodate invoicing workflows appropriate to procurement processes.
Is my piece safe while it is with you?
Every piece is logged on arrival with a condition note. The workshop is secured outside of opening hours and pieces are stored appropriately. We treat everything as if it has personal significance — because it often does.
