  • Service records (completed repairs): retained for 5 years to support any follow-up questions or disputes
  • Financial transaction records: retained for 7 years as required by Thai accounting law
  • Analytics data: aggregated and anonymised; raw session data removed within 14 months

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your data:
